Ordered Owens Transport yesterday to courier a Pallet from Cardiff to Essex, company phoned me back within the hour, made it straight forward. Their driver Robert Moore was so helpful, friend and very professional, I certainly would use this company again, thanks Owens and Robert :)

Turned up with a lorry with defects so could not safely unload , then charged again to redeliver. Shame on Irof & co. Very unimpressed
