Guys has always been a great pub. I went here recently though and I was shocked at how efficient the barmaids were. Dead friendly, saw too straight away and they swoop over to ask if you'd like another drink so you can sit and chill and enjoy the place. This is perfect for social distancing too so people aren't huddled together at the bar. Very well managed and knowledgeable, lovely staff members.

Owd Nell's Tavern is a great place to dine & Drink. With a great selection of pub classics and specials, it's almost a certainty you'll find something you will enjoy! The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The sound of Italian accents really adds a depth of authenticity to any meal at Guy's Italian eatery. Parking can sometimes be a little tight if you visit during school holidays.
Went for lunch with family. The staff were really friendly and helpful showing us to our table and explained the new routine of the one way system. Table service was really good. Have to say felt at ease with what they have put in place (which is a little hard when you go places these days with this virus around) thank you to all the staff

Not much changed over the many years I have been coming here. The Cod and chips are very good value for what you get. Friendly staff and a selection of cask ales available. Dog friendly in certain areas inside and of course everywhere outside. The seafood platter is amazing.
