Outstanding buying experience from start to finish. I'm a vendor that's grateful for the Glover Auto Family's business. I decided to buy a new truck from a dealer who gives us business. I found a 2021 Ram Rebel at another dealer but I wanted to do business with Glover. They took it from there, and went out of their way to make the deal happen. From Jordan and Adam in the sales dept , Ryan in finance , Mike in Glover Customs working closely with me to order the wheels, tires , lift kit, and power steps , I was impressed with the organization as much as the service. 1st time here. Brought to Dodge for the best service available. Requested service on my Ram 2500, multi point inspection, Brakes and oil change plus paint calipers-ABS light was on. Dropped off 11am Friday. Craig called after multi point inspection said pinion seal was leaking and rotors need replaced had to keep till Sat. Picked it up next day was called told it was ready to go, ABS light still on, only front calipers were painted, grease all over my door handle. Paid over a grand for this service. Not happy at all. Why would you just paint 2 calipers? Why not reset the ABS light? Now I have to come back?! Rodney was here after hours on Sat and had the decency to clean up the grease and apologize. UPDATE: Didn't make it down the highway. Loud grinding noise coming from rear end during deceleration! Taking it right back!! UPDATE: Monday, 6pm Fellow Veteran Thoren picked me up at work w the Glover Shuttle, I picked up my truck, FINALLY no noise! Hooya! Still wish the back calipers were painted tho. I guess asking to have your calipers painted just means the front ones only...They had my truck for 3 days and didn't pay attention to detail. TJ the service manager is more concerned about my review than whats going on in his house. Want to be treated with respect? Want excellent service with attention to detail? Want to be treated like a Veteran should be treated? Well, don't come to Jim Glover Dodge. They will do the job half A then blame you for the mix up. Then fix it after you bring it back. NO TJ, I will not change my post. HONOR COURAGE COMMITMENT!
