OVL are brilliant. I have had several cars over the years and the service has been amazing. Chris Tunnel gets great deals and gets he car and extras I want every time. The whole team are just the same sorting out the paperwork and GAP insurance so there is a complete service from start to the end. My wife also has her cars via OVL and now my daughter is using them. I would recommend OVL group, today the collection and delivery of my new vehicle was first class. Was emailed and phoned regarding the collection and delivery, both drivers arrived at the time arranged and I’m really pleased with my new car. Once I receive the car I had a follow up call from OVL to check that I was happy with everything, fantastic customer service, this is the eighth car I’ve had from them in the last 20 years, never disappointed with there service and in 3 years time I will go back for the next one.
