Woman who was at the front of the store (sue) was EXTREMELY rude. Tip: Don’t work in customer service if you can’t be a decent being and don’t like interacting with others. Will not be back. This company needs more training on customer service.

My vacuum was not repairable.... it was probably well over 25 years ... I purchased a new one and I am pleased with it ... these people were very helpful ...
