service depends a lot on who is serving you. obviously, they sell you what THEY want to sell to you. There are not selling what you need... more than often, waiting time is way too long.

Writing in English so everybody can understand; thus shop is SO UNORGANISED that it is tragic. To see if they have certain item, you must go to CASH REGISTER, which means waiting in line. Tgen, if tgey have it in warehouse, waiting more. If they have it on the shelf, you must go to pick it up yourself, and - back at the beginning of the line. The service really take their time - why should they be bothered when the pay must come? Suggestion - set up tge computer in the middle if the shop where tgey can check for info. Which any standard electronics shop in the world already has. Edit: giving extra star only because the guy on the cash register was extra polite.

As usual, poor service. Went to buy an item that was in their folder, but only the display model was left. Salesperson was unhappy that I didn't buy extra protection for an additional 12%, and then said that if it breaks it will take 4 weeks to repair.
