My family and I always come to AVA to buy holiday decorations. Unfortunately, we experienced awful customer service today and will no longer return to AVA for our holiday decorations. We came here to buy some New Years Eve balloons and when we went to check out at 15:45, a female employee told us they would not blow up the balloons with helium because they were closing in fifteen minutes. This was odd considering they had just filled some balloons for another customer. Plus, it takes maybe 1 minute to put helium into a balloon. When I asked if they were closed, the employee responded “no, but we aren’t going to fill those balloons now.” I would have been more understanding had the employee not been so rude and dismissive.

Lots of stationary and hobby materials and certainly best in the area without having to go into Brussels. Also a large choice of materials for small restaurants - which are also very useful for anyone having a party at home. Good selection of seasonal decorations and craft items including Christmas, Easter, and Halloween. Just be sure to avoid busy times such as Saturday and just before beginning of school term time when service can be painfully slow.

Vraiment un chouette magasin avec beaucoup de choix.

Excellent magasin dans lequel on peut trouver énormément de choses difficiles voire impossibles à trouver ailleurs. Aménagement très agréable avec le nouveau circuit \version Ikea\ qui permet de tout voir plus rapidement sans se perdre. Les employés sont agréables, serviables et connaissent bien leur magasin. Ils répondent toujours avec plaisir que ce soit en français ou en neerlandais. Pour le moment, on y trouve tout ce qu'il faut à des prix corrects pour faire des masques en tissu pour tous les goûts (il y a même des patrons) et également des gel anti-viraux (plus rares) de nouveaux à prix correct.
