Oval service station

Never had any problems, but would like to know if they are going to have a Autogas pump or similar, as I have duel fuel, plus they could certainly grab all the motorhome and caravan gas trade if they did , just a thought

Friendly staff, wild bean cafe, fuel, parking, well stocked shop, only downside a bit pricey.

Very handy services. Always plenty of products on the shelves. Even through these troubling times. Starbucks next door (not open due to COVID-19) and also Starbucks on the go in the shop. Both Key fuels and UK fuels accepted

Used this services all the time, not anymore! Went there for fuel today, when I went to pay I was told I hadn’t paid for some fuel from a previous week. Despite me saying that I’m not sure what had happened I was told I had purchased something at the time as well. Clearly there was some mistake here whereby the fuel hadn’t been applied to the overall bill. I was made to feel like a criminal and when I mentioned this to the rather rude member of staff I was told that “I’m just saying you didn’t pay for your fuel, that’s all” with an extremely bad attitude, all this in front of other customers which was extremely embarrassing. Surely I wouldn’t come back again if I was trying to avoid paying for fuel! This particular member of staff clearly needs to be trained some customer service skills. I paid what was owed and will never set foot in there again to purchase my weekly fuel.

Passed it many a time on the way home and finally ventured in when I was passing and noticed i needed some go-go juice for me wheels. You can't miss the place, bright and airy and feels safe. Huge store, handy for on the way home kinda things though suspect prices maybe on the higher side, will try and confirm. Has a Greggs , Subway and it shows Kripsy Kreme appearing soon. I've had no issues with paying for my petroleum. Easy to find but a good quarter of a mile off the M1 at J16 and you have to do 322 degrees of the roundabout to visit. twice if you're heading on the by-pass. Yes, if I was on the M1 and staying on the M1 I'd pop into J15A services, much handier but probably at a premium, this is handy if heading home or happen to be passing.
