I usually do my own repairs but their service is incomparable when it comes to buying parts and their prices are always competitive. I once had to bring my winter bike in for a stuck bottom bracket; it took an incredible amount of force to take it out and they charged a very standard price for the job it turned out to be. I should have to come to them much sooner; I used to keep going my usual places as this one seemed to be geared mostly toward the advanced cyclists (high-end bikes I could not afford) but they are an excellent place for service no matter how (in)expensive your bike is.

I can't thank these guys enough. I've been their customer for the past year and all I can say is that the service that they give is above and beyond you get. From building a bike from scratch by just giving them the parts, to the attention to detail they do on tune ups and replacements, man these guys are the best! To Paul and the guys in the back, you guys rock! Thank you so much for giving the best service! Definitely gonna keep coming back till my pocket goes broke cause of \upgradetitis\ LOL.
Went here to fix a tire. The repairman was incredibly helpful, fixing my tire within 10 minutes and gave tips and tricks on how to prevent puncturing tubes when installing them. Would I recommend this place? Hell yes, they're fast, kind and professional.

Customer service is truly impeccable. By far the best I have had in any shop, let alone in a bike shop. Get all your bike stuff here you won't be disappointed!
