NO NO NO 0 stars, I usually dont give reviews but now I must do. don't get trapped in positive reviews they ask people to give positive reviews. They are FRAUDSTERS. They tell you different story ( that 2 weekly offs no sales job etc) during phone call and offer different job(basically sales target jobs) when you reach here. you end up getting jobs which have 3 - 6 months notice period, you unable to resign from office and you will get trapped. even They have a cut from your salary as well. Big FRAUDSTERS. And now don't reply as usual that we haven't found your record. Guys If you are smart enough don't waste your hardly earned money and time as well. Edit: just seen your reply, if that so then when why your company told me on phone that your profile is shortlisted for X company with 5 days off and no calling and when reaching your fraud consultancy offering voice process with night shift, sales, no Sunday off, 6 days work, is that anything worse that can you offer. if you are saying to The candidate on phone that your profile is selected for X company and offering Y company with different norms, I believe it's a FRAUD and if you don't think so then you should go to school again. Now you are spamming again on my Gmail with cheap marketing skills that you're profile is selected for EXL inbound Process and when I will reach your office you offer different companies with role of cold calling and selling stuffs. If that is all to offer then why wouldn't you let those things know to candidate on phone itself. Strict action should be taken for these type of fraudulent companies, playing with the future of thousands candidates.
