Rude lady in the drive thru that gives nothing but attitude. She’ll throw your food through the the window. Food is decent. Needed a bit more sauce on the sandwich. Three meat combo is very good. Green beans cooked right not over or under cooked. Potatoes salad consistency is great.
Decent. A little pricey. Over 19.00 for brisket and ribs, mashed potatoes, green beans, peach cobbler, and tea (2 meats and two veg combo). The brisket is a little plain, the vegetables were uninspiring, and the cobbler was about average. However, the ribs were above average and the portion size was generous. Last, I found the service to be quite friendly. Definitely worth a visit.
As someone who works in a kitchen, it really bothered me to watch them touch everyone’s food without gloves while sitting in the drive thru. I got a blt and saw him use his hand to hold it while cutting my blt. I was thinking maybe they used clear gloves but there was definitely no gloves being used. The food is always good but some things I’m better off knowing! Especially with COVID!
Tried it for the first time today. I ordered a 2 meat plate- sliced brisket was dry and not tender and had NO flavor. The ribs were dry and had no flavor. Potato salad was ok but the coleslaw had no flavor. O also got a sweet tea and peach cobbler. Sweet tea was not \sweet\. I was hoping the peach cobbler would be better but it had some kind of weird crust. Not really sure what I was eating. I wont be back.
