Had a small issue with the delivery of my lounge chairs due to Covid-19, but a personal phone call from Damien has reassured me delivery will be soon. They were extremely apologetic on the phone and explained the circumstances. I will update review when longe chair arrives.
Where possible, I shop online at Irish retailers and I recently decided to give OutdoorFurniture.ie a go by ordering a small furniture set for a very reasonable price. I experienced a few minor mishaps around delivery, but I have sympathy for that in these unusual Covid19 times. What matters more is the fact that Damien Kelly and the wider OutdoorFurniture.ie team went out of their way to deal with it. Proper customer service. Would buy again! Thanks again guys.
Wanted a new patio set.Shopped around and Outdoor Furniture was definitely streets ahead of them all. Massive choice on display and great also that you can buy online. Delivery was prompt too.
