I am a regular outback customer. Always get NY strip medium cooked. My first time here they gave me a oversized ribeye not cooked at all around bones. Other then that no complaints. Would have rated them a 5 had it been cooked correctly and the right cut. Away from the bone the steak was cooked correctly but since when did they start serving bones in N Y Strips?

Really great steak, they always cook it perfectly. I'm disappointed that they took the sharable sirloin from the menu. The last time we went they seemed very understaffed. There was a 20 minute wait even though the restaurant was nearly empty. They still get 5 stars from me though because the food is delicious and you can trust them to cook your steak correctly.
This Outback location during Covid has been a wonderful safe place to dine in. Of course we waited until dine-in was allowed. All the wait staff is masked and the seating at the bar and in the restaurant area is appropriately spaced. I felt like they really cared about how to protect their patrons. This was important to me since I had not been to a restaurant since March, 2020.
I had the pleasure of dining at Outback on 12/15 for lunch. The food was excellent. Felicia was our waitress. She was fantastic. She made sure we had refills and delivered our meals in a timely manner. There were about 16 people. Very nice and friendly. Thank you Felicia.
I had an very tasty chicken dish , Alice springs chicken. It had a little spice to it with bacon and cheese we paired it with broccoli and salad and skipped the bread. Iwe don't eat out much lately and I was very pleased it was so tasty I will attempt to make it at home. And the service was great too.
