Outback Steakhouse

Food is over cooked and bread to my sandwich is hard as a rock. Says green pepper and onion on sandwich, nope,, xtra cheese, nope.. Ribs are under cooked and asked for extra dressing, nothing. Yuck! 51 wasted. How hard is it took to cook food? I will be contacting the store manager. Thanks for ruining my take out with my family....

I would never go to this place again Place my order online it said it would take two hours. get there still waiting in line 40 minutes still haven’t received no food...It’s time to closed this one down for good...

We just got home from our first dine-in experience since the state wide shutdown lifted. To our surprise, we were seated immediately. All of the employees and the manager were extremely professional and friendly. They made us feel appreciated and valued. They were dealing with an obviously over critical and irrational customer that wouldn't stop giving them a very rough time. They handled the situation with nothing but respect and professionalism toward the irate customer, something most people would struggle with. Then, they even apologized to us for having to witness it. That really means something. Pure customer service right there. It wasn't your fault ladies, people can be cruel. Keep doing what you are doing, you are good at it and we appreciate you.

Around 4 pm I pre-ordered dinner to be picked up at 6 pm. When we got there, there were cars lined up around the building, 2 rows deep. By the time we actually got our food it was close to 630, needless to say everything was cold. I understand with this pandemic things get a little crazy but I feel like there has to be a better way! They have vehicle descriptions and our phone number, I feel like they could have been looking for us at 6 when our pick up was scheduled. Service was fine, food flavor was good.
