Very professional... After we decided on our new family member (Kona) the staff setup several visits so that they could ensure she would be a good fit for my family as well as us being a good fit for her. They made us feel welcomed and I was pleasently surprised with the follow up calls they made to check-in on us to see how everything was going. They did a great Job!

We have adopted dogs from here as well as had family members serve here. Wonderful organization. Give them a try.
