We had a FANTASTIC experience, are kids enjoyed it so much we came back the next day. It all looked great and really clean. Everything looked new, including the carpet! The toilets are clean.The staff are very friendly and helpful. The meal deal is great value for money! My 3 boys ate everything up, no complaints from them! Would highly recommend it!!!! Great job team “Our Fun House”. NW

I loved it but there was a little baby and it pooed and they cleaned it up but we were not allowed to go near there even though that's the only entrance to fo up to the play area
Visited today was a little wary because of the negative reviews but it was lovely. New carpet, very clean, (cleaner than most other soft plays.) all play equipment looked in good condition. Only had snacks and cold drinks but other hot food I saw looked nice. Friendly staff, kept busy by keeping the place clean and tidy. Will definitely be back again.
Very good. Kids loved it. Very cold first thing on the morning however and as we were the first ones in it was quite quiet ! Could do with some music on as background noise and to maybe even drown out the sound of screaming kids for the parents! Will go back.
We go to the additional needs session on a Monday the staff are amazing with the kids. Drinks are priced fair and the coffee is lovely
