Yesterday I stayed home all day waiting for a delivery. No one rang my doorbell and I received no calls but at some point I received an email saying that my package had been delivered to someone called \SANNE\. I know no one with that name. There wasnt any note in my mailbox with details about how to contact this person at all. The \proof of delivery\ that I found online contained no such information either: no phone, no address, no ID, nothing at all (I dont even know if this person even exists). I called the company and the assistant just insisted that the package had been delivered and hanged up on me after being profoundly rude and unhelpful. What am I supposed to do with the fact that you delivered my package to some random person I have no way to contact, instead than to me, when I was home all day expecting the delivery? The package itself contains important medicines under prescription that I need urgently, so this situation is particularly distressing. Since then, I've been trying to contact the company again for an explanation or a solution with no results.

Ze kwamen een pakketje brengen. Ik was thuis, alleen de intercom deed het niet. Telefoonnummer stond op het pakketje. Mijn vraag was ook bel mij van te voren. Ze zeggen dat ze niet iedereen kunnen bellen. Dat snap ik helemaal. Toch vind ik het handig als er van te voren wordt gebeld en niet erna, omdat ik thuis aan het wachten was. Had hun toch een rit, tijd en moeite kunnen besparen. Volgende dag ontving ik het pakketje en ging de deur gelukkig open via de intercom. Bedankt voor jullie service! Het is een goed bedrijf met leuke medewerkers en mijn pakket kwam onbeschadigd uit China, via Aliexpress.
