Awful! Will not process my parcels. Have finally sent one parcel back to the sender, but not without STEALING the content first! I am now without the parcels and have lost the money. I can only say do not use for any kind of shipment as you will never receive what you paid for.

I think it would have been faster and more convenient to go collect my letter from the sender, than getting it shipped via Aramex... Bloody 4 weeks to sort a letter. Literally any other courier or postal service is better than these guys.
Not sure why this company even exist. You pay for express shipping, but they ensure that you get it in 2 weeks time. Very poor service.
Tracking information said the delivery was rescheduled for the next day, stayed home but instead of delivering again they put my package on hold. No notification from the company at all. Even through the site says the company is still open, unreachable by phone. Updated: Without leaving a notification in my mailbox or contacting me in any other way the package had been delivered to a post office in my neighborhood. Customer Service sent me a proof of delivery, but no explanation on why or how this happened. Rating remains one star, if possible avoid this company. Tried reaching Aramex through phone, sent a message through their contact form, only through Google Maps I was able to reach them. Weird way to do business.
BEWARE AVOID THIS COMPANY! We have ordered 2 books from Amazon on 11 april 2017... On may 5th the tracking says they went out for delivery but we did not see anyone and no post message or call. After that the tracking only says HELD BY CARRIER... we tried to contact by email but no response, try by phone but you only hear a short piece music in a loop. Today it may 15th 2017!!!! This company does not even deserve a one star, please avoid this company!
