Great food, really love the flavours that are always there with Ottolenghi. The Pork was a stand-up, spicy yet moorish. The eggplant for a starter was also phenomenal. The atmosphere feels a little cold, stark white everything, but I guess that's the style they are going for. Will be back for a takeaway dinner soon!

Pricey maybe but so worth it! 3 items for 10. The goat cheese pesto flavoured muffin was a real treat, their coffee and walnut mini cake was delish (I want to know the secret behind that icing!!) and the brownie a classic, even more dense than those from Konditor. All to say that I will be back!
My boyfriend loves Ottolenghi, so I was planning to take him to one of their restaurants for his birthday. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible due to Covid. So I was very excited to see that Ottolenghi Islington offers a delivery service! But I ended up very disappointed. I received a tracking link when the driver left the restaurant, and we got our food over an hour later. Unsurprisingly at that point, our food arrived stone-cold, with the packaging soaked through, ripped, and leaking. This is definitely not the quality of service I expected when paying over 12(!) for delivery. 2 stars instead of 1 because the cake I ordered for dessert was delicious. Update: I was contacted by the restaurant when they saw this review and they apologized and refunded me for the delivery fee.
Great food (of course) and real delicious coffee. They have a great selection of their rubs, spices, recipe books, pastries, cakes, on the go food and coffee and a cozy area for sit down
If you like cake, it seldom gets any better than this. Delicious, quirky combinations using high quality ingredients. I've gone from buying assortments of two or three individual cakes to buying the whole slab of fruit tart (To die for!) Hey it's Christmas - and a covid/ tier 4 one at that. These guys have helped keep my spirits high.
