Yesterday I visited here in Lymington as I was seeking a small table and 2 chairs for my patio. A member of staff, Connor, had spoken to me on the phone about a set. When I arrived, I met Connor. He was very helpful. He even put the set in the cab. Connor also helped me choose an ever green tree and arranged delivery. Excellent customer services.
Excellent customer service - above and beyond! We visited Otter Nurseries today and it was so lovely and Christmassy. On the way round our daughter dropped her dummy and we couldn’t find it anywhere. One of the team took it on herself to find it for us, on her hands and knees looking everywhere and found it. We were so grateful. Another member of the team helped us find a Christmas decoration for my husband. There was one on show but none were out for sale. He was so polite and helpful and went off to find us a new one in the warehouse. Everyone we encountered here was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Thanks Otter Nurseries!
Great place to shop for Christmas decorations. Great range to choose from and with very competitive prices. Very helpful staff.
I hadn't been for a while, but was pleasantly surprised. Although they don't appear to have as many plants and shrubs as they did, there was still a good choice at reasonable prices. The quality of plants still seems to be important, but there are not as many special offers as previously. However that being said, they are much better than many other nurseries and garden centres.
