We were looking at patio furniture so this review is based on that and not the gaming side. Good selection of quality patio furniture at reasonable prices. Biggest issue was the general lack of decent product knowledge and or care, if that's the right word, to help more. Would expect more from a smaller store with a limited product selection. But maybe their focus and strength is on the gaming side. As noted at the top, cannot comment on that.

excellent service in store, flexible to reschedule delivery (I had to do it twice since my basement renos were late) and great delivery and installation service. They really cared about us getting the best use of our new pool table.

Purchased a Brunswick Black Wolf 11 table last week , Gregory was very professional and courteous, that’s where the positive stops. The table was shipped with no added foam or packaging , photos were sent to Gregory who’s exact words were “ This is ludicrous and let me email the manager , who oversees the packing department “ The slate was damaged in two areas , and a call was promised from the owner . No call ever happened and Gregory sent an email this morning on the owners behalf stating “ The technicians can fill in those areas of the pool table “ !! Quite unbelievable.. also the delivery was originally delayed by 2 working days Awful response and overall experience.
