Great find. I needed a new car shop here in Ottawa and so found this place as it was conveniently close. They did an amazing job on my car and went above and beyond, both in service and the price. Use OEM parts and premium brake ads but the price was completely reasonable and infact they even shaved a few points off as I had so much work done. Highly recommend. Also totally independent and a young business owner so please support local
We have used Legacy Auto for several years. They have serviced our Fiat 500 and our Toyota Highlander Hybrid. When purchasing the Highlander I had them look over the car first, which gave me confidence in the purchase. Every interaction has been a positive one. I feel confident that they perform quality work at a reasonable price. Sean has twice went out of his way to source the same replacement product from cheaper vendors when he thought the quoted price at the dealership was too high, which I appreciate greatly. I wish I had found a trustworthy garage like Legacy years ago to bring my cars to. For anyone that is wondering if it is worth spending the extra money to get a service at the dealership, it is not. I have referred many friends here and had nothing but good feedback!
