This bike stand is terrible. The pump doesn't work (the pump is cracked and made of cheap plastic). Hopefully the city gets this cleaned up and fixed and some of the tools are missing . It is kind of embarrassing right in front of city hall. GO TO SLATER there you will find a metal pump that works correctly and all the tools are still attached. We need more bike stands in this city to encourage cycling in the city of Ottawa.
