Rob and Sue are a fantastic team. Caring, compassionate and highly professional. It's hard having funerals during lock down but with their help we gave my mum a good send off. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We couldn't have asked for more help or support than we received from Rob and Sue during our very difficult time. Everything was carried out with the utmost sensitivity, care and kindness, the funeral day went exactly to plan and we were supported fully throughout the whole process of arranging the funeral and also on the day itself. Helping my Mum arrange my brother's funeral was the toughest thing we've ever had to do. From the very first phone call Rob made the horrible process that bit easier. He and Sue were exceptionally empathetic and efficient and were always easy to contact via email or phone to guide and support us. Rob's recommendation of celebrant, Janine, was absolutely perfect and she did such a wonderful job on the day. They helped us make the service available online for people who could not attend due to COVID which was so greatly appreciated by friends and family. Many many thanks.
March 2nd 2017 - Mr Pickles was absolutely amazing. He made the sad process of arranging my mother's funeral stress free. Nothing was too much trouble.
