My daughter attended Oswestry School for sixth form. The school was everything she hoped for and more. The teachers were accessible and approachable for any questions both in school time and holidays alike. She felt that they got to know her well and this added to her positive experience. She made many friends including foreign students who she keeps in touch with to this day. The school is growing under the management of the strong leadership team and I would have no hesitation in recommending the School to anyone.
Excellent school in all respects, with a wonderfully warm culture and caring team of staff. My only regret is not starting our sons sooner.
As my 3rd child completes Bellan and joins her two elder siblings at Oswestry School I feel an urge to thank all the amazing staff for their dedication to my children in all their school endeavours! My youngest is so excited to join her siblings for this next stage - and for that excitement... I thank you all! The culture fostered at this beautiful school is outstanding and the family-focused nurturing, the reason we chose Oswestry. As my eldest hurtles into her GCSE year, thank you to the staff for the offer of pre-term lessons (super-kind to give up your time) and for the holiday Maths maintenance programme. Amazing as ever x
This school is rubbish with rubbish teachers and pupils. Some teachers are not taking their responsibility seriously. When I asked them something they just gave me runaround. Also they are very impolite. I was asking a PE teacher something, and when I used ‘but’, she jumped into me and said,’but but but.’ That is absolutely unacceptable. How can a teacher be that rude? Beside, the pupils, they always jumped the queue, and push. When I asked them to stop, they pretended that they cannot hear. They just look like the animals in the zoo, being very active, push each other and can’t understand human languages. Maybe the rude teacher is the role model of the rude pupils, what a nice zoo! Welcome to the zoo in Oswestry, have fun!
