You can’t get to the Tower up close, as it’s private land and padlocked by gates on the main road but you can see it on the walks along the lake. It’s stunning, a very gothic-like castle. You can actually get closer to it for photos by hiring a rowing boat / kayak though.

The lake and water towers are a very peaceful and relaxing place to explore. You can’t get very close to the water tower as it’s gates off but you can still get a nice view from the damn and a few parts of the road that offer pull off areas. There are a handful of great hikes to do while visiting this area as well
You can't see it that well from the road. Trees blocking the view. It is not a tourist attractions so no access is available.
