I visited hair Quarterz last week for a cut and highlights. After a bad experience with a previous hairdresser, it’s been over a year since having my haircut. I requested an angled bob with pink highlights or pink colour slashed under my crown. After over 3 hours, The cut overall looked ok but the the colour was non existent. My husband didn’t even notice the colour. When I dried it myself he following day I noticed the angled bob was lopsided ️ I have also been told the back didn’t look right either. Not only didn’t I have the colour I wanted my cut on closer inspection was so wrong. I contacted the salon again and they fitted me in which was great, it didn’t take forever, which was a plus but, now I could kick myself. I wanted to see pink highlights and I wanted my lopsided angled bob to be not lopsided and not a mess at the back. My hair now has darker pink and baby pink highlights which look lilac in places, my beautiful angled bob which I wanted is now a short bob which isn’t now angled at all I’m so unhappy, my hair which was touching bra strap at the back is now a short bob jaw length with a mishmash colour and a short bob. Not what I wanted or requested at all, I’m so gutted, how, could it be so wrong twice
Kelly did an amazing job on my short damaged hair she gave me a hair integration unit and it looks fab very pleased with it ,her knowledge is absolutely fantastic would recommend her and her lovley staff to all my friends thanks Kel
Absolutely amazing. Always go here and every time they DO NOT DISAPPOINT!! The staff are fab and cater to every style I ask for even when it would seem out of reach (they deliver it) Now they have the blush lashes which are fantastic! And Willow the makeup girl shes fab, lovely girl! Thankyou for always being amazing Kelly and girls! I love you lot!! Xxxx
