I have been taking dogs to Kath at Sniffs for many years now, she is extremely good at her job, she loves dogs and gives great grooming, my dog comes out looking good and smelling lovely. Tried other groomers in the past but after using Sniffs the first time, never changed.

I started taking my very elderly Lhasas to Kathy at Sniffs over eight years ago. Due to their age and only being groomed by me previously, Kathy suggested I stay with them. During the many hours I spent there with them, as Kathy groomed them I can say that I witnessed a lady with a genuine love of dogs and a pride in her work. She was always kind and patient with Molly and Ellie, even though they could be difficult. After they passed I had no hesitation in taking my puppy Darcy to be groomed there and have continued to do so for the past two years. I will continue to Darcy to Sniffs because Kathy makes her look and smell beautiful. Darcy is a much loved member of my family and would only leave her with someone who I trust to treas her as kindly as we do.
I have used Sniffs for several years and NEVER had cause to complain. Jasper comes away happy and beautiful every time. I have helped out at a groomers myself and seen and heard first hand the noises dogs can make at the sight of clippers for example before the groomer has touched them, so I think it wise to not assume anything unless stood next to the dog at the time. Sniffs is an established business and I imagine the flurry of positive comments following the negative ones demonstrates the strength of feeling from supportive customer
Been taking my Lhasa Sam to Cathy for over seven years and have always been a satisfied customer. I find Cathy genuine and with a kind and caring nature for the dogs, tried two groomers when he was a pup then found Cathy - I wouldn't take him anywhere else and have recommended her to family and friends. I often get stopped in the street and asked where I take him for grooming as the cut is excellent. Hope I'll be taking him for another seven years!
I work for this lady and the report done by Vicki Wroot is wrong . I was in the shop when she came in giving my manager abuse saying she had hurt the dog when this is not true . She stated the dog had been hurt however the vet and the vet bill stated it was a skin infection nothing to do with the groomer. She is a nice person to work for and loves her dogs and other customers disagreed with what was said and all other customers are happy with the service
