I'm shocked to see all these bad reviews. I'm pleased I didn't read these before I ordered! Maybe this company have turned a corner? Our new super king bed is beautiful and arrived within 48hrs of ordering (even in lockdown and new years eve). Great communication from customer services regarding delivery. Bed is absolutely beautiful and mattress is so comfy. Such affordable prices and quality seems great. Even the driver was friendly and happy to help carry it to our door. Thank you!

Avoid at all costs, trade as bedbustersuk on ebay and the quality of their beds is terrible, not only did the divan arrive damaged, but the overall finish looks like something you'd make in shop class, to charge over 200 for this is disgusting.
Absolute scam artists. I don't even know where to start. Nothing but a bunch of thief's, completely advise against falling for the trap of buying from them
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY on Amazon or eBay or wowcher or any selling platform bed arrived damaged with Missing pieces, delivery man spoke no English and refused to listen to me (probably because they didn’t understand me) only one delivery driver (it was a super king bed) left me with a broken bed and missing parts ... god only know what would happen with a customer if their item went astray!!!! I tried to get this sorted they passed the book every time and didn’t call back until I placed a negative on Amazon to which they proceeded to call requesting me to remove, I said no then they informed me that they would give me money to take it off ...this is bribery and morally wrong!!!!!!! Pity the people who work there BAD COMPANY ALL ROUND!!!!!!!!
Wife ordered a bed from woucher back in June we have tried a number of times to contact the company with no reply, 6 months later we still have no bed and we have lost 350. Can understand some issues with Covid but customer services is truly lacking !
