Booking experience with Andy was excellent but the vehicle hired was not as advertised. Was filthy, tatty, tiered and so poorly maintained that little worked properly if at all. Tv didn't work. Table was so knackered and wonky was totally dysfunctional. Cooking utensils were very grotty. Contrary to dvd onboard tour, vehicle was missing fundamental instruction manuals such that we were left in fading light with children to care for to the mercy of campervan facebook pages to work out how to get it up and running at our first camp site. We paid extra for sat nav but it was so old it didn't recognise half of the roads and gave up speaking after 4 days. It had been Covid sprayed but was filthy and we found rubbish on board from previous hirers. When heating packed up we had had enough and came home early. When we complained we were faced with a barrage of excuses and one particularly aggressive and unpleasant mechanic who sought to blame us for the state of the vehicle and take money from our deposit. For the money I would strongly recommend you hire a warm, clean, comfortable AirBNB cottage instead and enjoy your holiday.

Hired two berth campervan for ten day trip to Scotland. Really easy to drive, very comfortable, all appliances in good working order and very helpful staff (especially when we had queries whilst away). The perfect socially distant holiday option!
If I could put zero stars,then I would. The van was dirty and creaky. We found old tissues in it, so obviously had not been deep cleaned!The heating stopped working ,leaving the children shaking with the cold. There was no manual and I had to ask advice from friends about the van and join a motorhome Facebook site to get advice. The tv didn't work and it really was a total waste of money. Go and rent from someone else, especially if you are with children.

Very bad took deposit of me then call me 4 months later saying they did not have a camper van on the dates l booked with them it's a joke and ruined my families holiday never would l go back there again. I woz told when I booked the camper van they had a 2018 van for my dates but l could end up with a brand new one which l was not bothered about so you did lie to me about my booking so please tell the truth. I would never recommend you to no one. I would recommend JUST GO MOTORHOMES.
