I purchased a couple of firearms from this business and could not have been more satisfied with the results!!! I emailed Joe a couple times before my appointment, and even afterwards, and they responded to my emails within minutes!!! Even though it was on a LATE Sunday night--who does that, as even a private business deserves to have a day off every once in a while??? I'm extremely satisfied with the business, my results, and especially the customer service, and more so with the ability to be able to purchase firearms in this day and age. This businesses top notch, and crucial to our society, especially anyone who supports the second amendment!!!!!

My 1st trip into a gun range, never before having shot a pistol. Mark the RO was kind, patient, thorough, and knew his guns! He gave me a memorable instructional and I can't wait to go back! PS. He had a great 'Gunside Manner'

I took a class with Mike as the instructor and found it to be a great experience. Very informative and entertaining. I went into the class already being very experienced with firearms thinking I wouldn't learn much. I walked away with the realization that there were slight nuances to learn about gun safety and ways to hold/handle firearms that I hadn't thought of before. I believe it is imperative that all of us periodically take the time to ensure their own level of knowledge on gun safety is up to par.

The only good thing was a friendly staff member. They advertise on their website they have a firearm sampler package for would be first time hand-gun owners. However, they don't state anywhere you need to have a permit to purchase or concealed carry license which most first time handgun buyer wouldn't think to get before trying one. So since I don't have either of these. This would have been nice to see on your website anywhere. What a waste of a 30 minute drive to get here. Additionally if you are trying to get a hold of the shop. You only have one option: email. The staff has been told to refuse phone calls and only answer emails since June 2020. That's some helpful customer service. Think twice before coming here or try to read up on the details of what's required. Oh wait that's right. It's not listed anywhere. Update: I never asked to purchase a gun on the same day as a rental and never asked about gun stocking levels. I did however mention I was a first time buyer which should be a cue to provide some basic background information on the process. Additionally if you only want to deal with customers via email/online presence, you should update your website to contain all policies you have for rental/service so this doesn't happen in the future to a potential customer.

Wow... I'm very disappointed in the Osseo Gun Club today. They had donated a \Gift Certificate\ to the school district 279 fundraiser two years ago (which I had bid GOOD money on in the silent auction, and won). Shortly after, I accidentally misplaced the gift certificate, but I didn't think much of it... because I knew I would find it eventually and because gift certificates don't expire in the state of Minnesota. Plus, I figured that the OGC would be around for a while and that they probably weren't shutting their doors anytime soon. Today, I called and spoke with the GM, to explain the situation and see if they'd still honor it, since it was unintentional that I had misplaced it (prior.) I also informed them that my boyfriend was new to town and how he'd shot at Bill's a time or two, but that I was hoping to bring him there and use the gift certificate, because I thought he might like to try the simulator. He seemed understanding and nice, and then he put me on hold to \check\... but came back to say that they would NOT honor the gift certificate. That's really a shame, because they could have had two new life-long customers and if they were willing to donate it before, why not honor it now. That's really just bad business, because now it's highly unlikely that they will ever get us through the front door. Meaning that we will not have a fun experience to tell our friends and co-workers about, meaning that they will not gain anything. Every new customer could bring in MORE potential new customers. Funny how that domino effect works...
