Bought a rubber grommet for my outboard cowling. Sent a description of the item i needed with the purchase of the grommet. Before shipping the item, Merten sent me back pictures with a tape measure for exact measurements. Installed grommet this weekend, awesome fit. A on the online purchase and communication.

Nice folks and very knowledgable about Mercury engines. I wish I didn't always seem gasp so hard though when the invoice gets tallied. Still, there is no where else I'd rather take my Mercury engines for service and repair.
