It is my personal experience and might be a different story for others. This property is for a single family or for a group of bachelors. I would not recommend this space for any travellers who believe in hygiene. Main problems are: 1. Toilet is common for gents and ladies and does not have proper locks. 2. Bathing area again has a very flimsy lock and ladies would check 10 times before they decide to take bath. 3. Property is not well maintained. 4. Accessibility to other tourist destinations is difficult as it's in a very remote place. 5. There is a big karaoke room which is the best room of this building. But unfortunately, this room is allotted to the 2 house keepers and guest cannot use this room between 10pm - 10am. So if you are a traveler who has booked for sightseeing, then you will be not be able to take advantage of this space. 6. Kitchen is there but the cooking utensils are bare minimum.

合宿や静養に最適です。目の前の海で泳ぎたい放題。古いのもあって、屋内にアリやノミがいるのが少し残念。
一族十数名で貸切宿泊。 宴会、カラオケと大変楽しめました。 ただ庭は草ボーボーであれでＢＢＱで芝生使用料はないなぁーと思います。 まあＢＢＱしてないけど。
10人で宿泊、BBQ、カラオケで楽しく過ごしました。 海岸も綺麗で、聳え立つ立岩が印象的でした。 また、来ようと思います！
塩水温泉。 皮膚病持ちは、湯治目的でウェルカム。 あかぎれの治りが早い。
