Oh how things have changed. My son visited to get his hair cut and a very poor effort , I called up and spoke to The owner and he didn’t seen that bothered.... No apology, no offer to rectify.. just asked me if he was a walk in.... His fringe not straight. A large bit of his hair not even cut. ( I ended up taking him to my barbers to rectify). What a shame .
Great chop and trim evwry time i go. Lovely staff. Sometimes a bit of a wait but always worth it!
One star for wasting an hour of my life waiting for a haircut that didnt happen due to \friends\ jumping the queue! Other than that, friendly, young staff, who cut hair well once you are in the chair, so will give them that. I wont be visiting this business again, as the customer service is not up to scratch as far as I am concerned but one can hope that they will improve with time. Good luck to them!
