We have been with Orwell vets for 20 years, and have had fantastic service consistently from this exemplary practice. When faced with an expensive surgery the vet was aware of my financial needs, and took great care to put the interests of my pet first. In fact when I rang around for quotes from other vets, none could beat it. Twice when we have had our cats put down, the vet responsible for the euthanasia, involved our 11 year old daughter on a compassionate and mature level. Making her feel involved with a decision that was for the benefit of the animal.

I'm being looked after very well
Really friendly vets. I know they may not be the \cheapest\ but they are certainly the best value if you want the best for your pet. The vets and receptionists have always gone out of their way to ensure we don't pay over the odds for our treatment.
Friendly, caring and professional staff. Pet was well cared for and issues and medication process explained simply. Thank you.
Very professional and friendly staff. Helpful advice when needed and as you would expect, great with my dog. Being a first time dog owner I have been reassured by their excellent service. Highly recommended.
