Nice history and location with views over the waterfront and onto the lock gates. Occasional talk ships in dock and access to various bars...notably Cult Bar or the more upmarket Aurora. There’s also ole ty of parking about, but it’s not the cheapest, keeping the tree of over inflated parking in Ipswich as a whole. Certainly one of the more attractive sites in the town though.

Nice area and a somewhat quiet part of town. Close enough to nearby amenities (such as the town center) while still being far enough out to make escaping Ipswich easy. Neighbours are very friendly, although some can become unreasonably agitated over allocated parking. Deliveries to apartments are very difficult, and should be made elsewhere.
