I had a problem with my iMac, it would not start up. I called several companies and none of them were helpful. They said I would need to drop my iMac off and leave it with them for a week to repair. I then called Robin @ Orwell Computers. WOW. Robin really knows what he is talking about when it comes to Apple products. He was able to give me a diagnosis over the phone. Robin at the time I called was booked up for several weeks ( I can now see why!!). So I booked my iMac in for Robin to look at. Fortunately Robin had a cancellation, so was able to look at my iMac sooner. Robin arrived as promised to my work place. He managed to fix the problem and I was up and running again. He actually fixed my iMac on site!!! I would say that the service I received from Robin @ Orwell Computers was world class!!! I can now see why he is always in demand. I would recommend Robin to anyone who has problems with there iMac/apple products. Dont waste your time ringing anyone else!!

As a small business owner, I rely on my Mac heavily so when the machine goes down it quickly affects my work. When my machine failed to boot, I made contact with Robin. Recognising my need, he was able to accommodate looking at the problem at short notice and resolved the issue quickly, efficiently and with good humour. I was totally impressed with the service, really like the way his site clearly marks the pricing you can expect to pay and as an added bonus, he rightly said that I might also notice an increase in the speed of my Mac. What more can you want from a local business? Highly recommended.
