There should be a 0 star option for places like this. Don't even try to go there if you don't speak perfect German. The receptionist is sure to give you a bad time if you try to explain what's the issue and it takes you longer than 10 seconds. I tried to ask for a clarification if I need to wait for the appointment over a month away there if I only need another paper for Physiotherapy (my previous one wasn't fulfilled in time and I need more appointments) or would it be ok to just go to a GP. The said woman literally started yelling at me that they are not a Physiotherapy practice (thanks Sherlock) and only rised her voice more when I tried to rephrase my question to make it more clear. She wasn't listening at all, just making a scene in a room full of waiting people and basically gave me a panick attack as a result. I did my best to be nice and collected, but I had to just walk away when she was literally bordering in screaming at me (still could hear her when I closed the doors from the corridor). I don't think people with anger management issues should work anywhere as a first line of contact.

Leider kommt man ohne Termin nicht ran aber Krankschreibung für den Arbeitgeber stellen sie auch nicht aus. Ich soll nächsten Tag um 8 kommen bei akuten Beschwerden. Aber ich brauche für heute eine Befreiung. Woher soll ich wissen wann not Sprechstunde ist.. Sehr unflexibel

Großartige Praxis, kaum Wartezeiten und mit Dr. Richter ein hochqualifizierter Arzt. Dazu auch noch ein großartiges Personal (Hervorzuheben wäre hier ganz klar Josephine). Was anderes als 5 Sterne wäre lächerlich. Weiter so!

Akute Schmerzen in der Halswirbelsäule gehabt, zur Öffnungszeit hin und direkt einen Termin für die Akutsprechstunde bekommen! Wartezeit war gut, dafür dass es eine offene Sprechstunde ist. Der Doktor ist super kompetent und das Personal ist auch sehr nett. Komme gerne nochmal her. :)

Das ist glaube ich das erste Mal, dass ich wirklich eine Arzt/Praxisbewertung schreibe. Tolle, moderne Praxis mit großartigem Personal! Ich habe kurzfristig einen Termin bekommen, da die Praxis laut Website immer über den Tag verteilt Akuttermine freihält. Andere Ärzte haben mich hier bereits abgewiesen obwohl es um die Abklärung einer möglichen Fraktur ging. In der Praxis selbst ging alles super schnell. Keine langen Wartezeiten. Die Ärztin war sehr gründlich, super freundlich und kompetent. Gleiches gilt für die Schwerstern! Noch dazu es wurde sich sehr bemüht (mit Erfolg :-) ) einen schnellen MRT Termin für mich zu bekommen. Zwischen Ankunft und Verlassen der Praxis lagen glaube ich maximal 40 Minuten und das für zwei Untersuchungen und Röntgen. Vielen, vielen Dank! Ich muss auch sagen.. die Praxis wurde ja renoviert und sieht richtig super aus.
