Orthopaedics & Spine Specialist Hospital

The entire team at this Hospital are absolutely amazing - from the admin staff - to the Housekeeper, Chef, Theatre Staff, Anaesthetist ,Nursing Staff and most of all the Surgeon. It felt more like a hotel than hospital and I was treated as an individual rather than just a patient. I was kept informed throughout my time there and the nursing staff checked on me regularly with a cheery smile - a pleasant experience despite having had an operation.

I can not praise the hospital highly enough, from Mr Shair, to the nurses, receptionists and even the cleaners. Although I was taken on as a NHS patient the treatment and care has all been first class. Mr Shair, was very honest and informative with the procedure and what was necessary and what aftercare was required. The reception staff have gone above and beyond helping me acquire the necessary paperwork for my employees. Despite my obvious anxieties about the procedure I was made to feel as relaxed as possible. I recently had ACDF surgery. Me Shair was great he explained everything, treatment was booked in quickly and I felt reassured throughout he is a top spinal surgeon On admission the hospital was great the staff were absolutely amazing so caring. I had a visit from a PT before I left giving me advice on walking etc. The food was great and my room had an ensuite bathroom which made life so much easier. Everywhere was clean and had a nice feel to it not clinical. I have received follow up telephone consultations and back in 4 weeks. Highly recommend this amazing hospital.

I spent almost 10000 for Mr. SHAIR to carry out a spinal decompression of L3/L4 on 5th November 2019. It transpired that this price was far in excess of other hospitals. When I complained Mr. Shair just stated that \he was the best\! Now, 7 months later, I am STILL IN PAIN and existing on pain killers. Having spent all my savings with Mr. Shair, I am now, hopefully, waiting to see if the National Health can help me. I have not wasted my time contacting Mr. Shair as he would be asking me for more money. Read my partner's review, Shirley Gale, for the whole e experience.
