The staff’s of Lords pharmacy Chelsfield ,are one of the best, that I have seen for a very long time. I admire their work ethics. Very polite individual, and they make you feel comfortable. This are the kind of staffs we need at this time, and I will proudly give them 6 stars if possible.

Lloyds is a very good company, but I have been having trouble getting in contact with the pharmacist for the past 4 weeks in the particular store. This isn’t great as I have recently started some new medication luckily I have been about to communicate with other pharmacist from different stores for support.
The slowest staff ever. Can't even speak English properly so aren't understanding quickly. Last prescription pickup took an hour and a half wait. 4 people at the back looking aimless
People not nice nor helpful. First day we asked for a medicine, they rejected the prescription saying it needs real signature (mine was printed copy), even telling them I just come from hospital from a surgery and needed to start treatment. Following day we come back with new prescription as they requested (original), but they say the don't have this treatment and they can't order it, even when it's a very common one.
Thieving gits Charged me twice for one prescription. When I challenged them , I was told that's the system. Go anywhere else if you can.
