Wouldn’t recommend. Admin staff at the Orpington Highland Medical Practice constantly following impractical, inefficient policies, with no explanation provided. The receptionist flat out refuses to send my blood test results back to my NHS consultant who requested for the test in the first place. Have been advised to come in and collect a paper copy of the blood results to then send back to my consultant. During lockdown.

Wouldn't come out for home visit even though website states you carry out home visits...only able to offer telephone consult for 5 days later by which time sadly it was too late. Not too impressed

Midi Magic

I moved from the Charterhouse surgery because it was so bad and went to the Highland. Now it has moved to the old Charterhouse building it is just the same as the old one. Maybe it is the building but something needs to be done about it. Thinking of moving again. But where to ?
