I had my hepatitis B vaccine done by one of the pharmacists today, I was so anxious to have it done but he spoke to me the whole time to relax me and he offered to do the vaccine either sitting on a chair or laying down on the floor on a yoga mat. He also willingly allowed me to listen to my music while having the vaccine which was amazing and it meant that I was able to have a stress free experience. I will endeavour to come to Croft on pharmacy for any advice or vaccines in the future, best service out there! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone and everyone.

Fantatsic staff who were able to help me when my Doctors couldn't. My daughter requires a milk prescription which is on repeat every month. The doctors surgery had issues with this (even though it's been the same for 5 months). The pharmacy were able to give me a tub of formula before getting the prescription. They listened to my problems and acted really fast as we had nothing for her. They went out of there way to help us and we are so grateful to have this fantatsic pharmacy so close to home. Thank you for ypure help every month.
This is a great chemists. Have been using them for decades. Two reasons. Mr Patel is hugely knowledgeable about homeopathic things (as is locally well-known!) If he can, he'll suggest something really good for you. Secondly, everyone there is super-helpful. They really do go the extra mile.

Would 100% recommend if you are looking to get a vaccine. Walked in with no appointment and was seen very quickly and was all very professional and quick. Mr Patel made the experience very welcoming and made me feel at ease. He really took is time and saw me as more than just another job which I really appreciate.
