Lovely staff, very helpful. I could not find an item that I was looking for on the shelves, so I asked a member of staff who very kindly went 'round the back' to try to find it, she could not find exactly what I wanted but came out with a few very similar alternatives, unfortunately I was looking for the exact item, so did not buy it. However everything else I wanted was there and reasonably priced. It was quite easy to locate the bits I wanted thanks to the large signs (I could clearly see the sign furthest back from the entrance door). I forgot my wallet and only realised at checkout, so the cashier held my purchase to which I came back to pay for once my wallet was located. Very happy with my experience!

This shop is clean:). There was only 1 till open when I went in:(. Whiich meant long line and que of people.. This is no good when we should all be socially distancing.
For a while I have been aware that my hearing is not what it was and I have terrible tinnitus. Tried a couple of other places so thought I would try Boots. First appointment was to see if ears are clear etc and this is followed by a 70 minute test and a 'best fit' assessment. The lady that worked with me was very thorough and professional. All my questions were answered without hesitation. My only comment would be on the room used for testing. It is just a room, no sound proofing. During the test I could hear everything going on in the shop. Phone ringing and people talking. This made the hearing test slightly frustrating.
I use No7 products all the time. Waiting for Boots to open local to me at Nugent's Park as more handy to park and it means I won't have to go into town centre.
I have been to the Orpington branch a few times, the staff are very un-friendly no customer interaction. I didn't feel welcomed . Being a coloured woman I feel like I am being overly watched which makes me feel uncomfortable. I stopped going to Orpington. I now have to go all the way to Bromley from St Marys Cray but the good thing is, it is worth the travel the staff at the Bromley branch are very polite,friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable and welcomed at Bromley Boots. Orpington re-train your staff because your team are giving poor service.
