I used to like Anderson, that was until they wrongly diagnosed my dog with old age. ( she was 7 at the time) When In fact after 6 visits over 3 years, she subsequently died of a brain tumour. When I advised Margaret on the reception of this. She did not pass the message on to the vet, when I specifically requested a call back to discuss the situation with the vet. In fact I waited 2 weeks and still did not receive a call, only when I called and spoke to the very dismissive Margaret again did I eventually manage to speak with a vet. Anderson vets, have a high turnover of vets and usually I see a different vet for each visit. this is not good practice for the dog or the vet practice as they do not build up a relationship with either. The misdiagnosis from the vet will not bring my dog back, though the aftercare service was the worst I have ever experienced from a vet practice. Needless to say I have now moved to a professional vet in the local area.

Recently booked an appointment for my cats for their annual check up. Reception was very efficient and booked my appointment straight away. We were seen by Dr Sara Levy. I could not recommend her enough. She's professional, checks every detail and gives clear, concise information. We look forward to our next check up with Dr Levy. I was taken inside the clinic where the waiting area was designated according to the COVID regulations. I'm only hoping by our next appointment clinic could be renovated. Waiting area could be brighter with new lighting system and new tiles. It's my humble opinion and recommendation.
I have always used Anderson for all of my pets as my parents did before me. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you for your years of care you have given to all my pets.
Great Vet Practice if you get the head Vets, others could not diagnose a simple water infection in a rabbit, leaving our pet to suffer, before we went back and saw one of the head Vets who with a simple dip test, diagnosed a water infection and treated him with antibiotics.
Hands down best veterinary surgeons inside M25, quite possibly the country. I wish I could allocate ten times as many stars.
