Cheats- totally counted wrong. My count was over 700 and their count 424. Even took the beer bottles and said that the only one that were beer bottles said beer on the bottle, all other liquor were not added.

Usually pretty good but a while back one guy would always take off like 30% of the cans (which are all the same brand and rinsed out) and the receipt shows that either he didnt put all the cans through, or the machine is broken, but it only happened when he took my cans, everyone else always gave me the proper amount, havent been there since
Still waiting for over 2 hours...2 cars every 30 mins is crazy. Never again.
Don't take your labels off your bottles coz they won't take them(even though they take them off)....yet no where is this policy posted so customers know not to do this.
Lack of signage, you only see it from the road after you have passed the entrance. Parking lot is a bit rough, but other than that great depot. You don't even have to get out of your car - there are bay doors so you just drive into the building, the people there will take the recyclables right out of your vehicle and then you drive through to the other side. Very efficient - I was there at opening the Tuesday after a long weekend and was out in less than 10 minutes. Worth the drive.
Rip you off any chance they get.

I always sort through the cans and bottles I take in before I take them in to make sure theres no caps left on and I always count them at the same time. Today i brought in 190 cans and plastic bottles and at least 10 glass bottles that can all be bought here. The reciept says 137 @ 0.05 and 1 @ 0.10. Ive gone in the past and gotten exactly the amount I counted but today they ripped me off. Even if its just 4 its still ridiculous.
