I had a very similar experience as everyone else had. A few years ago I went in with my car, which would not start. After several days of no updates on what the issue was I decided to give them a call. When I did they told me they had found the issue and would only be a few hundred dollars. After no call back, I once again decided to call them back. When I did they had told me that the car was ready and that it would be over 2,200!!! They couldn’t even exactly tell me what they had done, and did not even ask me before doing whatever the heck they did that made it cost so much. When I attempted to ask an individual, who I believe was Brien, he did not want to explain the matter. This place is full of scam artists. Beware.

Went for a MVI a couple of weeks ago and they tried to say that new brakes, rotors and pads were needed all around. Which was bull, it had all new just a month ago. When they were told this, they said "oh, well it doesn't pass because your leaf springs are leaking". Umm excuse me? My leaf springs are leaking? Never knew that leaf springs could leak! LOL Called them out on that, and then they tried to say that all the tires had to be replaced, including the spare. The guy started going through prices of tires they had there for sale. That was the final draw, considering the tires still have well over half the tread left and they will soon be changed up for summer tires anyway. Had to demand the keys back so I could get the heck out of there. What a waste of time and would have been out a bunch of money if I had fallen for their scam!
Questionable service. I think the hired staff isn't that great, they may need more experienced mechanics.
I went here to have my winter tires put on. They put them on and I picked my vehicle up. After driving away--less than 1km-- my back left wheel completely fell off while I was driving. I had to call a tow truck sit and wait and have the vehicle brought back. The following day they informed me there was no damage and I asked for a refund or discount as my wheel literally fell off while I was driving and I had to pay for a tow truck. I was informed they gave me a free lug nut the day before (a 4 dollar value from their mouths) and there's nothing else they can do that day so I should call back. I called back 3 times never received any help. Horrible mechanics if they can't change tires and even worse customer service. I would NEVER recommend anyone go there.
My worst experience with a garage that I can recall!!! They replaced my rear pads and rotors, apparently both of my calipers were siezed, one of which they dropped and broke the line, ended up putting an old piece of brake line they had lying around. They also broke my ABS sensor while replacing my wheel bearings. No codes were showing on my dash board when I brought the vehicle there but magically it went bad while in the shop. They also forgot to tighten my parking brake after doing the brakes to which I had to drive back and get that fixed. When I picked my car up the second time there was a 15 km trip showing on my odometer, mud all down the side of my vehicle and my cd's were all sitting on my front passenger seat. It's obvious someone took if for a drive to I don't know where. I will never go back to this place again, it has obviously gotten bad there under the new ownership which are Korean. Even if you spend a thousand dollars there you're treated like crap. Stay away because it's going to cost me another couple of hundred dollars to get someone to go through my car and fix what they had tried to. HORRIBLE!!!
The new owner is great, I have had bad experences their in the past with the old owner. The prices are some of the lowest around and the workmanship is of a high quality.
