Very frustrated with the quality of service we received today. My spouse and I take turns taking our son to the library and were given only one card for our son. A few times we have forgotten to give the card back to the right person who is taking him. Even without the card I have been asked for I.d. and had no issues getting the books. Today I took my two sons (three) and (9 months) and we spent a good half hour choosing books. When we got to the counter I looked in my wallet and realized his dad had the library card. I gave my ID but this time apparently we were not allowed to get library books. So today I have a very upset toddler for something simple that could have been easily avoided (and has been) many times before.
