The food here is always great , the customer service needs improvement. Typically in the morning they are not ready to serve burgers and ask you to wait . They are short and stern , instead of welcoming and apologetic when asking. I visit this A&W regularly and have realized this is a everyday issue.

Ordered using the A&W app. Upon arrival to Drive Thru order was ready and I received exactly what I've ordered. Food was hot, delicious and the burgers were not falling appart.
