From the very beginning of our conversations, Liz Smith was understanding, helpful and took a pragmatic approach to our situation (one of us had just started a new job). By no means were we an easy client - Liz helped us navigate a really difficult purchase which unfortunately fell through after multiple price changes that Liz worked tirelessly to navigate.
