My husband I rented from Alamo from June 9 to 19 at the best rate. We compared prices and their rate was the best using Costco rental website. We needed a GPS and they provided a Peugeot 308 with it already installed in the vehicle. The rental staff were friendly, communicated well and were very helpful, loading and unloaded our heavy luggage. We recommend them highly for the next time you need a rental car in Orly.

Staff seems friendly but please don’t be fooled. We were given a couple choices at pick up & we chose a crossover over sedan for its luggage space. We were disappointed it wasn’t equipped with a luggage cover (called beach) & asked the guy best way to keep our luggages safe during road trip. He suggested using car park instead of parking on street. Since missing this “beach” is not abnormal for rental cars & its rare windows were dark enough, we drove off & were very careful during our 2 weeks rental. Upon return, the guy took a look at the trunk & said we lost the “beach”! Excused me? We argued it was never there & we even questioned luggages safety during pickup. He dutifully wrote down our argument & said they would contact the person who rented to us & verified its missing at pickup. Then he had us signed the car rental return receipt (beach missing & our argument were written on bottom). 6 weeks later, we were presented a damaged recovery bill for this “missing” beach. How dishonest could a business be - charging you something it never provided? This was 1st time we used Costco travel for international car rental (rented locally multiple times previously) & were very disappointed. We will try hard to avoid Alamo/national/enterprise in our future rental for sure.

This company lives on cheating you! There are lots of other companies to rent from. Choose another one? I rent about 70 vehicles per year and these are the undisputely worse I have encountered! Watch or for three friends at Charles de Gaulle. Same dishonest company. Their people get bonuses to blame damages on customers.

Cars were clean and workers really nice. Prices are really low compared to other groups with the same features. On the whole it was one of the best experience with rental cars we never tried in our trips...and we travel a lot. Strongly suggested for family too.

J'étais un peu réticent à la vue de certains commentaires mais en ce qui me concerne tout s'est très bien passé. Départ de la gare de Bordeaux St-Jean pour un aller simple vers Orly (restitution rapide et accueil plutôt chaleureux). À noté que j'avais appelé la veille pour m'assurer de la disponibilité du véhicule, souscrit toutes les assurances complémentaires et pris une vidéo de la voiture (qui était impeccable) lors de la prise en charge.

Super accueil de la jeune femme au comptoir, au téléphone comme physiquement. Souriante à l’écoute agréable. Rien à dire. Location faite par un site de comparaison et sans regret . Bravo alomo ORLY. Merci ça fait du bien de voir des personnes qui prennent soin de ses clients...
